System Upgrade: Advanced Meter Reading Program
We are currently upgrading our water meter system to modern cellular-based meters to improve accuracy, reliability, and customer access to real-time usage data. Portions of the system have already been completed, and the remaining upgrades will be completed over the next six months.
What this means for you:

You may see crews on your property to complete the meter replacement.

Water service interruption will be minimal, typically no more than five minutes during the swap.

Once your meter is upgraded, you will have access to detailed water usage data, viewable in 15-minute intervals.
Important Reminder:
Per the Water User Agreement, customers are required to keep meter pits clear and accessible at all times. Meters must remain free of soil, debris, landscaping materials, and other obstructions. If your meter is not visible or accessible, additional service charges may apply.
Project Areas:
The attached maps show areas where upgrades have already been completed. Some meters within these zones were missed due to accessibility issues. Please ensure your meter is clearly visible so it can be located and upgraded promptly.
