Non-Payment Shut Off's

Policy Change- Effective 01/01/2023

If your water is shut off due to non-payment, it will only be reinstated durning normal business hours. 

Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm and Friday 8:00am-12:00.

Payment must be received and confirmed before reinstatment.Once payment is confirmed we have 24 hours to reinstate your service, unless it is after 12:00pm on Friday, or a holiday, then reinstatement will be on the following business day.
